Welcome

A warm welcome to all badminton players, young and old.

This site provides you with an overview of everything that is happening within Sussex County Badminton and contains information for beginners, improver’s, aspiring top badminton players; volunteers or anyone who wants information relating to badminton.

Who Are Sussex County Badminton?

Sussex County Badminton Association is made up of three sections; Juniors, Seniors and Masters.  The Sussex County Badminton Association aims to work with the clubs, coaches and players throughout Sussex to enthuse and engage people of all ages in our wonderful sport.

The county set up is run entirely by volunteers.  The Senior Committee, Sussex County Badminton (SCB) is the main organising body, with Sussex County Junior Badminton (SCJB) operating as a separate committee under SCB’s auspices.  Information relating to the committee structure with details of our constitution and policies can be found by clicking on the “Committee” link for each section.  If you want to get involved with Badminton in Sussex in any capacity please contact Mark RussSCB-Chair@SussexBadminton.co.uk , or use the Contact Form for the relevant section.

The “Seniors” (SCB) section includes details about the county teams, training, selection and results information.

For those more mature in years (over 40) the “Masters” section outlines opportunities for competitive play in tournaments and county teams.

The “Juniors” (SCJB) section includes all the news relating to junior events and tournaments, training and county teams at all age groups U11, U13, U15 and U17.
